Amy empowers women to discover their inherent motivation for growth and development. She has a passion for igniting positive change that leads to forward movement and measurable results. She partners with clients to create strategies to break through limitations in a systematic manner. Her clients gain clarity of mind, learn new ways of seeing and thinking, and gain freedom from what holds them back, self-awareness and self-reflection skills that lead to personal and professional growth and increased effectiveness.

Clients attest to Amy’s strong interpersonal skills and ability to inspire openness while uncovering blind spots. She is an active listener able to reflect back with insight and spot-on perspective. Her coaching style is approachable, empathetic, and non-judgmental. Following an integrated coaching framework, she addresses the whole person (spirit, mind and body) in order to help clients reach their desired outcomes and maximize their potential.

In addition to coaching, Amy has served in a variety of ministry roles that have allowed her to gain extensive experience working with people from many countries and cultures as well as a variety of socioeconomic levels and personalities. As an Asian American herself, a mother of four children, and married interracially for over 20 years, she empathizes and identifies with the unique challenges that women in similar situations may face.

Amy is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), as well as the Certified Coaches Alliance. She has received her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and remains in good standing.  She has also received her certification in life coaching, executive coaching, organizational development coaching through the CCA. She is a Board certified Mental Health Coach First Resonder and is thrilled to be a Coach Presenter for Promised Land Living.
